Lunch date with Ronjie last week, at Cafe Juanita. :) It's an almost hole-in-the-wall place in Kapitolyo, Pasig, parang lumang bahay converted into an eating place. Yummy food! Their menu offered dishes from various cuisines but for that afternoon, we had Pinoy. Masarap yung pinakbet nila (with pork, shrimp, chicharon and fish as sahog). Their bagnet also! The right combination of crispy pork and crunchy tomatoes. Ang appetizing pa ng color combination.
The interiors were interesting. The owner used his/her collections of kung-ano-ano to fill up the place--masks, colored bottles, ceramic figurines, flatware, etc. May puppets din, the marionette type pa! Took a couple of shots using Ronjie's (better-than-mine) phone camera:
Hehe. This is a food blog with no food photos. Oops. :D Forgot to take some kasi deretso kain na kami nung dumating yung mga inorder namin.
