May food: fried rice

It's always so convenient to make fried rice, especially when you have a lot of bits & pieces and leftovers in the refrigerator. And fried rice is so easy to make! We had a couple of fried rice dishes this month:

hawaiian fried rice
this had ham, pineapple, garlic, onions & ginger

the same hawaiian fried rice as above, but here with leftover pork asado
