Japan, Day 5

(May 17)

I cooked chicken adobo today, using my mother-in-law's recipe (which has tomatoes).

the rice grains here are rounder than the rice in Manila

to-may-to, to-mah-to

chicken adobo - medyo natuyo yata (overcooked?)

chicken adobo and cream of mushroom soup for dinner

chocolates for dessert
