Christmas seems to be the season for
embutido, the Filipino meatloaf which you would usually see roll/cylinder-shaped. This one I make is loaf pan-shaped. I use a
recipe from
casaveneracion.com, which is the first food/recipe blog I followed (when it was still pinoycook.net). Ate my
embutido with cucumbers. Dessert was a homemade brownie (Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie mix).
