leftover champorado, Ronjie's chilidogs, spinach and bean sprouts stir-fry

Our wireless router arrived today! Ronjie left late for work/school today, so he cooked lunch for us. His own version of chilidogs. For those who want to copy it, all I know is that it had onions, tomatoes, ground beef, ground pork, sausages, cumin, black pepper, and paprika. I tried making grilled paprika potatoes, to serve as a side dish. Fail. Haha. Imbento kasi. It was fine naman pero hindi ko na uulitin.

Still had a lot of raw spinach left which had to be cooked soon. (Bought spinach for the ginisang monggo I made last week, but didn't finish the whole bunch.) I also had extra bean sprouts (cooking laksa tomorrow!) so I looked for something I could do with the leftover veggies. Ended up with bean sprouts-spinach-mushroom stir-fry inspired by a recipe (this!) I got off homecookingrocks.com, my favorite recipe blog.

I'm so proud of myself. I cooked this from scratch and it tasted good! You can never go wrong talaga with Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce.
