All my life, the pancakes (or hotcakes as we also call it in the Philippines) I've eaten at home were made from boxed pancake mixes. I had always wanted to make pancakes from scratch. I wonder why it took me so long to just google a recipe to find out how. Anyway, I finally googled for pancake recipes and was happy to realize that we had all the ingredients needed, except for baking powder. Included that in the grocery list, and in a few days' time, I was making pancakes from scratch for breakfast. :) The recipes for these I got from
allrecipes.com.

P.S. Of the 3, I liked the old-fashioned pancakes the best. :)
